Hair Care Tips
Washing & Conditioning
1. Use a Sulfate-Free Shampoo – Harsh sulfates strip moisture, making raw hair dry and brittle.
2. Co-Wash Regularly – Wash with a moisturizing conditioner every 1–2 weeks to maintain softness.
3. Detangle Before Washing – Use a wide-tooth comb or fingers to gently remove tangles before wetting the hair.
4. Deep Condition Monthly – Keep the hair hydrated and soft by deep conditioning with a quality product for at least 30 minutes.
Daily & Styling Care
5. Moisturize & Seal – Apply a light leave-in conditioner or serum to keep hair hydrated. Avoid heavy oils that cause buildup.
6. Minimize Heat Use – Excessive heat can weaken raw hair. If styling with heat, always use a heat protectant.
7. Avoid Excessive Products – Too much product can weigh the hair down and cause buildup. Keep it light.
8. Wrap at Night – Use a silk or satin bonnet or pillowcase to reduce friction and tangling.
Maintenance & Longevity
9. Brush Gently – Always start from the ends and work your way up to prevent shedding.
10. Store Properly – If not wearing the extensions, store them in a silk/satin bag or hang them up to prevent tangling.
11. Avoid Sleeping with Wet Hair – Let the hair fully dry before bed to prevent matting.
12. Professional Reinstallations – If using raw hair for sew-ins or wigs, have a professional reinstall to prevent damage.
